Grand reopening of American Natural History Museum's Grand Hall Unveils Ammolite Gem Fossil Ammonite donated by Korite International.
On September 27, 2007, an 70 million year old 2 feet in diameter fossil of ammonite made its debut at the American Museum of Natural History. Neil Landman, curator, said that it became extinct 65 million years ago, at the time of the dinosaurs. Korite International donated it after its discovery in Alberta.
